Who is responsible?
LegionStories is a brand operated by Invometa Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság. Registered office: Erdősor utca 16., 2318 Szigetszentmárton, Hungary. Company registration: 13-09-238897, Budapest Környéki Törvényszék Cégbírósága. Hungarian tax number: 27727746-2-13. Contact for Invometa's use of personal data: info@legionstories.com.
This policy explains Invometa's use of information associated with this shop. The shop is hosted by Fourthwall, Inc., which is also the merchant of record and contractual seller for catalog-product purchases. Fourthwall and its payment, production, delivery and support providers process information needed for their services. The Fourthwall privacy policy explains its processing, including processing performed to provide creator services. Fourthwall's privacy contact is privacy@fourthwall.com, PO Box 5696, Santa Monica, CA 90405, United States.
Information processed in the shop
Checkout and order support can involve your name, email address, delivery and billing addresses, phone number where requested, selected products and sizes, order value, payment status, delivery status and correspondence. Payment credentials are entered directly into the payment provider's secure checkout. Invometa does not receive your full payment-card number or card security code through this website.
Fourthwall and service providers also process browser/device information, IP addresses, page interactions, cookies and similar information needed for site operation, security and any enabled analytics. Authorised Invometa administrators may access customer contact details, order records, support information and reports made available through the platform.
How Invometa uses information
We use the information needed to answer enquiries, help resolve order issues, review business activity, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal record-keeping duties. Our legal bases are legitimate interests in customer support and business administration, compliance with legal obligations, and consent for optional analytics or marketing where required. We do not treat a purchase as permission to subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
The current shop offers physical catalog merchandise. We do not currently operate a LegionStories shop newsletter, membership programme or creator-installed advertising pixel. If we introduce a new use requiring consent or additional information, we will provide it before that use begins.
Cookies and analytics choices
Necessary functions support the shop, cart, checkout and security. The shop has a native Google Analytics integration. Optional tracking is subject to applicable consent requirements. You can review or change the shop's cookie choices here: . A browser or device restriction can also affect cookie storage.
The separate WordPress website at legionstories.com has its own cookie controls and privacy policy. Saving a choice there does not automatically establish a choice on this shop. Withdrawing consent affects future processing; you can also request deletion of information already held.
Recipients and international processing
Relevant information is available to authorised administrators and providers involved in hosting, secure payments, production, delivery, customer support, analytics where enabled and professional/legal record keeping. It may be disclosed to authorities where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Fourthwall is based in the United States and its published policy describes processing in the United States and other countries involved in providing the service. Its policy provides further information about its handling of personal information and your choices. Contact info@legionstories.com for information about Invometa's processing and applicable transfer arrangements; contact privacy@fourthwall.com for Fourthwall's processing.
Retention
Invometa reviews routine support correspondence monthly and deletes it 12 months after the matter is resolved or the last necessary follow-up is complete, unless an open case, legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Necessary accounting and legal-claim records are kept for the relevant statutory period or until the claim is resolved. We limit retained personal information to what is needed for those purposes. This is a manual review process, not an automatic deletion promise. Fourthwall controls retention within its platform under its published policy and applicable obligations.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise rights concerning Invometa, email info@legionstories.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your request and normally respond within one month. Requests concerning Fourthwall can be directed to privacy@fourthwall.com. We will help direct a request to the relevant organisation where needed.
You may complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority, including the authority where you live or work. This includes the CNIL in France and NAIH in Hungary. You do not have to contact us first.
We update this policy when relevant practices change. Publishing a revised policy does not replace obtaining consent where consent is required.
